humm Yosemite used to be in California, now outsourced?

You may bhave been travelling to Yellowstone.

Beaver Dick Park is maintained by Madison County Parks and Recreation Department. It was a project of the Idaho Transportation Department and the Rexburg Rotary Club. It is located about 5 miles west of Rexburg on Highway 33. It is a 12 acre preserve situated on the west bank of the Henry?s Fork of the Snake River. It was named after "Beaver Dick," Richard Leigh, who who was one of the last of the real mountain men of this valley. --from the brochure

I decided that we?d rent a big RV and drive from California to Yosemite and around back. Im the process we stopped in this fascinating park. We?re still chuckling about it. Only in Idaho!

umm from California to Yosemite? Last I heard Yosimete was still in California, but then what do I know I'm from Idaho.

I think you may have been going to Yellowstone and passed through Rexburg.

"Hey, not everything is gold on the blog!"

Reminds me of the old Monty Python skit: "I merely meant, Your Majesty, that you shine out like a shaft of gold when all around is dark...."

--- I'd submit the lead-in to the joke, but you'd have to cancel it. Or would you? :-)
