Ed, There was great sun out yesterday so I actually grabbed t 3 cameras and went to the Mission District to shoot graffiti and other street art. I'll probably drop these somewhere on the site in the next month or so. Normally I'm with you. I always have a camera with me. The pocket Minolya X50 is my current choice. I keep it in my shirt pocket. I'm actually surpised more people aren't just taking pictures of everything. As for the pic of me holding a pic of me I took that with a timer off a tripod so it's a weird self portrait I suppose.

John, I always take my digital camera with me on a walk. Even if it's a stretch of mesa I've been meandering for a decade or so, it doesn't feel as much like exercise as an opportunity to discover and record something new about my neighborhood.

Looks like you get to do much the same. By the way, that was a delightful photo of you holding a photo of yourself -- in the recent PC Mag story on digital cameras.

You play with fire, you get Burning Man. Maybe they can have a Burning Woman next to Burning Man. Equal opportunity for all.

It's not my idea of a good time, but then again I like people that put fires out for a living more than those that light things on fire just for a good time. This image of fire and people on fire doesn't appear healthy. It's not my idea of recreation., but I'm not into arson. Do these people give the kids matches just for kicks?
