Here they ask for suggestions then say they cannot respond. This reminds me of the old suggestion box gag where the suggestion box is screwed to a wall. The box has no bottom and beneath it is a trash can.

They may act on submitted suggestions, but not respond to the submitter. I find it curious though that if you supply your email address they will respond with “Special offers and updates”. If they have the manpower to do that, looks like they could at least acknowledge suggestions.
