For good reason. Anybody who owns one needs to be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. I bet the City of San Francisco wouldn't have given this guy a permit to carry a concealed weapon. It is far easier to control a hand gun than a pit bull (or any other animal). I feel for anybody who is forced to live under these conditions.
