Pretty soon TWIT won't need any sponsors because itunes automatically stops downloading podcasts when it notices you haven't listened in a while. Forget a business plan... when you publish a show like this you don't even have a viable product. Your current competitive advantage is your huge fanbase... that's going to be hard to maintain with this kind of product. Based on your comment, you've got this in hand.
