I guess it depends on what you do for fun/recreation? That's why I prefer the summer Games, cuz I'm an avid runner and cyclist, and I love to see what the gifted ones at these sports can accomplish. But I can still appreciate the physicality of most of the winter sport events... well, except for curling. Wow, some people really have a serious disdain for the Olympics!! Giving the Chinese a silver after the female skater took a total belly flop and ice burn on her face was BS. The Polish couple were awesome as were the UK brother/sister team (although the broadcasters kept talking about them as though they were having incest). On another note the NBC broadcasters had such pleasant things to say like "That guy's costume looks like my dining room drapes" and "Her dress certainly is ugly". I could go on for several thousand more words but I don't need the stress. Man, I wish any other network except NBC was broadcasting the Winter Olympics!
