No pool table was hurt in the process of making this movie?
That was amazing. Now I wish I only knew how to do that. There had to be many years of training on pool tables to do that.
Some of those shots are much easier than they look, in fact almost can’t be missed. Many others, especially the ones involving the cue ball curving require very good stroke and speed control, and yes, that takes years of practice.
We don’t know how many takes any of these shots took, but if this guy can make all of those shots reliably he would be a threat in any Artistic Pool competition.
I use to be in an 8 ball league and during the free hours of pool they’d give us before league matches I’d watch the Filipinos spend all of their time setting up trick shots even more complex than these. They also pretty much won every match.
I wonder if there is a grand principle that allows observer to see the connections between the small shot and the big shot.
It seems like he could make legitimate money doing shows but one has to wonder what his failure rate is. … does he have to edit out a bunch of bad ones?
Why do so many of these videos have crap-ass soundtracks?
At least he knows his “english.”
