I need to lose weight, there I said it. I'd love to start a weekly motivation group with the goal of documenting our weight loss.

I was thinking we could do one layout a week with different weight loss topics.

The first topic is:

Title Page with a current picture and your current weight and goal weight (you may want to blur these before posting online.) I plan on printing this one and putting it on my bathroom mirror, although the fridge would be a better place!

Who else is on board with me???

A couple more things, we need to figure out a night for a weekly motivation chat AND I'd love to have a nifty little name for us like:
PAW- Pound a Week
CHEESE- Choose Health Exercise Eating Sensible Everyday

I'm sure you can come up with something better!

I don't think it works with regular coke though, because i tried it and the coke just fizzed but no spraying or exploding.

Its not fake..
Its a trick.
Its a destablization process of CO2.
Salted balls work REAL well. But most rough crystals will make the CO2 inside expand Quickly.

Want to see something REAL cool?? Take a small vibrator to an OPEN pop. Ultra sonics make CO2 break out VERY VERY fast. they showed it on letterman, in the Kids science.
Placed a Pepsi bottle in a sonic cleaner. Thing shot THRU the lights above, as soon as it was turn on.

None of it's it is fake. They just spent alot of time one and used different caps with different hole in them. My nephew did this with one bottle and it empty 75% of it with the cap off.

We've tried a similar experiment before (but with just one bottle and mentos). We dried many different sodas but Diet Coke seems to always do better. Seen another cola mentos video on google video other day. Guys dropped pack of mentos into diet coke, tightened lid on diet coke, shook soda three or four times, unscrewed lid just enough to let a little pressure out and throw down bottle on lid. It went almost 30 foot in air, lol. It was like a rocket.

Maybe the Mentos test will be the basis for a new generation of cola wars. Which shoots farther, Pepsi or Coke?

This whole show takes away some of the excitement of the upcoming July 4th fireworks displays.

I've seen bottles shoot about 75 feet in the air due to Mentos and Coke. It's been done on several TV morning news shows, so I think we can assume it's real.

To get the height that they are getting in that video, they probably have a special cap that drops the Mentos in and allows more pressure to build up.
