Does anyone realize that Jesus wasn’t the only one to ever be crucified? In fact, some people had it even worse by being crucified and then burned at the stake. Quite frankly, with all the sins of today’s population, I would hate to see what he would have to do today to make up for it. (assuming he died just for the sins of those that had come before him as being crucified really isn’t much punishment for all sins of eternity quite frankly.) People in Mexico actually do it for real to honor his rationale.
The point: Crucifixtion isn’t necessarily blasphemous.
its true, Crucifixtion, was common back in the days of Roman oppression. Today, its widely associated with Christ, so its thought to always refer to the one specific case. also, looking up blasphemy also shows that re-enactments don’t count…. at least not in themselves but hey, maybe things got lost in translation…

Ya think?In an amalgamation of texts written in Arameic over more than a 400 year span, then translated to Greek, Latin, English, etc., so and so forth, all by scribes with differing political agendas, Divinty of the King and all that… It is a very astute observation that “maybe” things got lost in the translation. Just maybe…
