Personally, I will wait until I can get a 69 dollar HD type dvd player the day after thanksgiving in about 5 or 6 years. By then I may have a TV that has a STUPID HDMI connector that will actually allow me to use the damn thing. Emphasis on MAY. I aint gonna go buy a NEW $3000 TV just to watch movies in HD. Regular DVDs look pretty good on my current 50 inch CRT based prejection TV. BTW, I got a nice DVD recorder for 69 bux last thanksgiving from Walmart. What a country!
