LEXINGTON, Ky. – A flight attendant was removed from a plane and arrested at Blue Grass Airport because she was allegedly drunk. The airport confirmed Monday that its public safety officers arrested Sarah Mills, 26, of Atlanta, on charges of terroristic threatening, alcohol intoxication and violating a law against being a crew member of an airplane while drunk. That charge was subject to a review by the Federal Aviation Administration.

The Fayette County Detention Center listed Mills as an inmate who was being held without bond on the FAA charge. Mills was scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon in Fayette District Court

Terroristic threatening!? Held without bond!? Cripes! Seems like anything that happens on a commercial airliner is now put under the terrorism category. Being drunk on the job is not cool but the last time I looked it certainly wasn’t terrorism, especially considering she’s a 26 y.o. female.
Update: She was given a $350 bond. Apparently she threatened the airliner captain. I guess that’s the terroristic threatening charge.
