In case you haven’t noticed, we already do. Addictive drugs such as Heroin and meth are illegal. Most States require you use a seatbelt. The FAA require all skydivers wear an approved parachute. Some jurisdictions even insist your automobile be safe. There are also laws that don’t allow you to pump gasoline into glass containers, buy Vicodin or Oxycodone without a prescription, or play in the traffic.
