Nope. English Common law says you own your likeness. Sort of like a copyright without the formal registration. Others may only profit off of you with your consent. Australia follows English Common Law.

This happens quite often with celebrities. Someone will try to use their likeness to sell a product without permission and end up being sued for it. Even dead actor&#039;s estates have sued to protect the likeness.

Not a big deal most of the time, but in case like this when it is used commercially both the photographer and the company which have used it are in legal &quot;situation&quot;.
Photographer has least chances to complain, he used CC license which AU company did satisfy...
