Well I say the people own the frequencies and the billions should be distributed to the citzens of the US. Is'nt the FCC just a regulatory enforcement agency. All of a sudden they declare that they own a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum and that they are going to auction portions of it to the highest bidders for billions.
