The tear gas is doped with a mild hallucinogen and in seeing the Micky Mouse looking cops the rioter’s brains get screwed and they fall to the ground having a very bad trip.

LOL, Betcha the Disney Corporate office has a surplus of bricks and twisted knickers. Seeing someone wearing one of those masks pounding on people on TV is really going to mess with little kids’ minds.
