As a side note, this story reports that Transformers 2 is set to begin filming in June:
Spoke to Michael today and I was informed that Transformers 2 is set to begin shooting principal photography on Wednesday, June 2, 2008.

Unfortunately, this opens in a new window which firefox blocks by default, but it is worth checking out. I can’t understand how someone with kids could have this much time on his hands.
