Humor me: Why is the iPhone G3 press overboard? Is that just another attempt to bait, or do you really believe that?

The local TV stations are running spots regarding "The Switch".

As usual, of course, we've been had, but I'm OK as long as the cable keeps working :) ...

Our local cable company moved their HBO and Cinemax premium service (one channel of each) onto a mandatory $3/month cable box (that means many people can't tape those shows without paying for another box and suffering all kinds of other inconvenience) without bothering to tell anybody that they could delete the premium services. That's $3/month PER SET!

And the worst part - they bundled in about 40 really good channels with the new $3/month cable box.... I _like_ the fool thing....

Can't win....

Regards,

Stu.

That HP MacBook Air competitor is called the VooDoo Envy! Too funny.

Let's see: it's 6/100ths of an inch thinner at the thickest point - almost 25% heavier - costs $300 more.

Yup. A real killer. In the same league as Vista. Oh, that's right, it comes with Vista.

The area that says:

# iPhone 3G gets more and more ridiculous publicity.
# This is a classic. Google co-founder decides to go into space on a Russian rocket.
# Big story beginning: TV viewers do not know to switch from analog to digital.
# New HP machine takes on MacBook Air.
# Some guy takes 13,000 cell processors with 7000 dual core AMD chips and makes machine to do ...

...

These should all be LINKS to the relevant articles/citations.

Or, are we just hearing JD hoot on, again?

Of course most people would take a pay cut to work at home!

The cost of the commute and all the other expenses which goes into going to work amounts to a pretty chunk of change, and giving up that money to stay at home means that you still get the same amount of money in your pocket with extra time to spare!
