If Obama was in the military and his higher commanders might want him to have a TOP SECRET Clearance, he could not pass the background investigations because of his past affiliation with organizations and individuals.

Obama swore in on the Koran which is unprecidented in all of American history, but then one of his parents signed him up as a Muslim when attending Madrass school in Indonesia. Here is a red flag.

So far he refuses to salute the American flag, wants to expunge our second amendment, and Pelosi wants to kill free speech especially to Limbaugh and Hannity.

Redistribution of Income is the socialistic/Communistic tenent of Obama’s new political view. Let’s take care of all the ‘low life’ of all hues, so the well off cannot afford to employ the middle class in America. I personally believe, Obama wants to push us into a Depression to bring down the American way of life with our vast freedoms with responsibility.

Take a good look at Barney Franks and Senator Dodd who were in charge of our housing and banking system. So much for oversight. And now our tax dollars are to refill the banks and Fannie Mae with more money to squander.

Let one of the auto companies close and maybe the two remaining ones will start producing cars that will run on natural gas, so we do not continue to give money to Saudi Arabia to fuel more terrorism.

Governor Palin at this moment in her wise judgment is creating a natural gas line down through Canada into the lower forty-eight states during our time of energy need.

Wtf? The “Certification of Live Birth” showing him to have been born in Honolulu County doesn’t do the trick?

I hope nobody ever asks to see MY “original” birth certificate. There isn’t one. Never was. Even though I was born in America to American parents. When I’ve had to get a copy of my birth certificate, I go to the town hall in the place I was born, show them and ID, they look me up in the book, and print it out on the spot.

Unless the officials back in 1961 phonied up the Certification of Live Birth, Obama was born in America, to an American mother, and is a natural-born American.

If you’re going to be sad about something, be sad that this douche bag Berg wasted everyone’s time and money with a frivolous lawsuit.

It’s not for nothing that first, we should kill all the lawyers.

The case was dismissed in Federal Court for lack of standing: We don’t have the right to question whether a candidate for public office meets the constitutional qualifications because if someone who isn’t constitutionally eligible runs, we haven’t actually been harmed.

Also, look at the filings from Obama and the DNC. God only knows how much money they spent fighting this instead of producing the documents. Makes Sarah Palin’s $150,000 wardrobe look like spare change.

If Obama is a natural-born citizen, why does he refuse to produce the documents? That smells of arrogance and a dismissive attitude towards American citizens that doesn’t bode well for Mr. Obama.

Unfortunately, an awful lot of people who just don’t like Obama are throwing everything at him, including the kitchen sink. That has really muddied the waters and obscured the fact that Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president is in question and he refuses to settle the matter.

I’m a lifelong Democrat. I’d prefer someone more liberal than Obama, but I looked forward to supporting him, or Hillary, or Biden, or any Democrat that got the nomination. BUT, I am not at all happy that Obama and the DNC would waste the contributions of hard-working Americans on an issue they could put to rest so easily.

I’ve been voting since 1968. I couldn’t bring myself to vote for Obama when he is acting this way and I sure as H wasn’t going to vote for a Republican. So, I stayed home and didn’t vote. This is the first presidential or congressional election I’ve ever missed.

The whole thing makes me very sad.

Who, other than you and some other bloggers have asked to see Obama’s original birth certificate? In other words, how does Obama know that there is a “question?”

He provided the certification of live birth, which he may have assumed was good enough — since the officials of the state of Hawaii said it was good enough and the US state department accepted it as proof that he was a US citizen to get a passport.

So how does Obama know that there are any questions?

If a court had asked for it, or the DNC had asked for it, or a state board of elections had asked for it, that would be a different thing. Then he would have known that the certification was not good enough, but so far he thinks it is good enough, AND MAYBE IT IS GOOD ENOUGH.

Besides, why provide additional documents when (1) the certification of live birth is evidence that he was born in Hawaii and (2) there is no evidence that he was born anywhere else than Hawaii?

Prove that he was born somewhere else than Hawaii, and you can say that he is covering up something.
