New York City’s rate of HIV infection is about three times the national rate, according to estimates released Wednesday by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
The agency estimates that 72 of every 100,000 New Yorkers — a total of 4,800 individuals — contracted HIV in 2006, more than triple the national rate of 23 per 100,000.
HIV, or the human immunodeficiency virus, is the virus that causes AIDS.
In June, the city launched a three-year initiative to administer HIV tests to the 250,000 Bronx adults who have never been tested. The program was announced just days after release of a study finding a high rate of “unsafe sexual behavior” in the city.
Freidan said the study showed that 36 percent of gay and bisexual New York men who had five or more partners in the previous year did not use condoms consistently.
“This is a core group which is at high risk for getting and spreading HIV,” Freidan said.
You just can’t take away a person’s God given right to improve the race by killing themselves no matter how hard you try.

If the stupid Psychologists would not have removed the deviant behavior of Homosexuality from their psychological manual (DSM V) people would be treated for this condition and would not have to die or contract HIV/AIDS.
If i were able to through public outcry convince the medical community that diabetes is a normal condition that does not need treated.I would not be doing myself or any other diabetics a favor by doing this. I am just shutting off any treatment for myself and other diabetics to get the help they need to live a healthy life. This is what the homosexual actions groups did. They condemned themselves to death in the name of acceptance.

My wife works in the hair industry and has known and talked to dozens of homosexuals, she has yet to meet one that was not sexually abused as a child or young adult. Homosexuality is a result of sexual abuse and the tramau that ravages a person’s life as a result of that tramau. You can lie to yourself all you want but the truth is a stubborn thing.
Just because you are born with a predispostion toward deviant activity like raping people doesnt mean that you or society should accept that as proof that it is acceptable. There are alot of people who are born with psychological predispostions toward types of self destructive deviant behavior. Some people like to sexually abuse children, kill people, or drink too much and beat their wives. It doesn’t mean that they have a God given right to engage in such behavior even if they can find other willing participants or other people who agree with them.

I know two that don’t fit that criteria…
First off if someone is born with misidentified sexual organs i guess you could easily check their DNA and see what sex they were supposed to be! Men and women are actually genetically different not just sexually (XX XY chromosones).
It always amazes me that homosexuals go to the animal kingdom to justify their behavior I guess that just shows you how distorted their thinking really is. Some animals eat their young so I guess it is alright for us to do that right?
Also concordance studies of identical twins do NOT indicate that both will be homosexuals even though they are genetically identical and even if they grow up in different homes and never see each other, so you are not born that way it is a choice. A choice that shortens your life in half and will ensure that you spend enternity in HELL….But I guess I will be labeled a gay hater because I am willing to tell the truth.
I dont see how it is more loving to let them destroy themselves and others under the banner of tolerance this is how they got into this mess to begin with with AIDS and a shorter lifespan and all but if they want to keep drinking the poison Koolaid I guess there is nothing I can do about it except occasionally yell please stop that is poison, to which of course I will be labeled a gay hater. Here is a link confirming chimpanze infanticide and cannabalism so i guess this could now be considered as “normal” of behavior as homosexuality.
