I'd hope that a lever that would do that sort of thing would be painted red, have alternating yellow and black stripes or some other obvious markings that would scream, "pull this only in case of fire." Millions of dollars of lost equipment? What is in the foam? Sulfuric acid? It's foam. It will rinse right off... then wait for a couple of days, put the chopper in the sun and THEN turn it on... Me neither, because it creates problems in the electrical system. I would never try to operate such a vehicle. Now, would you want to fly a helicopter with weird intermittant electrical problems?
