Yep, as others have already mentioned:

1. They could easily set up parental controls to block the station from showing.

2. If they can sue for issues with the Playboy channel, then the rest of us should be able to sue to remove other channels we don’t want/like (religion, foreign language, etc..).

This then brings us back to paying for channels ala carte. I still wish this was an option.

This will be over and gone in 5 minutes. All Verizon has to do is introduce exhibit A – the customer’s bill. It will clearly show that someone in that house has some ‘splainin to do.

Back in the old days, the argument could be made that the scrambling wasn’t good enough (Sony TVs were great at getting a clear channel on positive trap services). But today, with TSODA encryption on digital carriers, you have to go through a lot of effort to steal service.
