top misleading buzzwords : I come across these confusing points with customers frequently:

1) Hard Drive (when talking about the PC (tin can))
2) Download (when watching a youtube video)

Mr Ballmer, keynoter at CES, would have made a most suitable keynote speaker at MacWorld. Microsoft, sell more software for Macs than any other company. A black mock-turtleneck sweater, might even make him look slimmer.
