		<description>Cell TV.  Maybe model digital TV transmission on cellular with a number of lower power towers instead of one honking big tower.  Consumers on the fringe of the digital signal do not have the opportunity to watch a snowy degraded signal like you can with analog.  Maybe cell TV will address this drawback of the analog to digital transition.

Or it may be a stupid rebranding effort of the cell phone carriers for an old product.</description>
