    Funny, my whole time living in San Diego I only went to Tijuana one time. (US Navy)

    From what I understand now it really has turned into a shithole and it is so bad the Marines have declared it off limits.

    Did anyone see the Mythbusters’ episode on “Beer Goggles?” Looks may not be everything, but the beer goggles didn’t work so well in that respect.
