We have monthly training on suicide prevention and recognition and Soldiers are always encouraged to seek help for social/behavioral/mental issues before it affects their work. BTW #2 dmstrat, the Army's recruitment numbers are not down. If fact, last year all components of the US Army met or exceeded their enlistment mission.
