It can really irritate, it can really distract - just as in this filming. The worst offenders are the pop music industry. We seem to have to put up with some screaming woman, or bloke who thinks he's sexy, or displaying some kind of emotion. Video is just that. It's for watching. Added music, for many including me, distracts from the vision. Just like in so many shops I go into. Pop music blasting out makes it bloody difficult to think of why you went into the shop in the first place. So ten seconds into this video I switched off. Might have been, looked to have, the potential, of being something worth watching, but no. Yes. I do have the facility of turning off the sound (unlike in the shops where I just walk out) but I expected some comment - maybe there was some - I'll never know, I'll live without having someone else's music preferences forced on me thankyou. To me it's just like having someone next to you in the movies crunching popcorn, or yapping. So I don't go there either anymore. Try making a long train journey reading a book whilst some idiot yaps their social life down the cell-phone next to you for the whole journey. That's what it's like for me - and many others.
