I don’t have to. The newspaper made the claim. The implied excuse would be that the three observers were granted secrecy and anonymity for their stories. It could be that these three people would lose their jobs if they were found out.

Now, you prove the newspaper lied when it reported what three people all agree to as well as the denial from the speaker. Can you prove Bunning didn’t lie?

MikeN, the guy’s a loser. The GOP want him off the ticket since he will likely lose in 2010. He barely won in 2004 with five times the cash, two different Democratic opponents, and massive Republican support behind George Bush in the state. He’s got a history of weirdness that continues to this day.

Bunning seems like a good guy. He was cruising to reelection until the debate. He told his opponent he looked like one of Saddam’s sons, and the liberal newspapers made it out like he had mental problems.

I find it amazing that we conservative “republicans ” are supposed to tolerate with in our party liberals who go against all we stand for, but Joe Lieberman makes a speech at a republican convention and he is a complete outcast from the democratic party who spent millions trying to take his seat bu that is fine

but then hypocrisy is the norm in the libs arena the motto for the democratic part should be
“Do as say not as I do”

I personally say kick him out and the 3 who voted for the stimulus we don’t need republican like that or even senators who sell their vote to the highest bidder

That was the clear message Bunning was sending, said a third source who heard the senator’s remarks at the fundraiser, which attracted about 15 people.

So at least three people heard him say something along those lines.

This is just another ploy to get attention.
