If however, there is no footage (because the cameras are conveniently turned off) then there's no video evidence to show whether a person did or did not commit the alleged offence. I guess we'll just have to rely on the personal testimonies of the Police then? Hmmm... So the MOST Liberal states have the worst standings in freedom. Interesting, eh? Lemme outta here.
