Where's PETA? This is outrageous. Companies are allowed to manufacture torture devices for dogs every day and the public is allowed to use them to interrogate and torture their pets. Kids are always to some extent victims of their parents and vice versa, but this is ridiculous. I think the priveledge to reproduce should be duly licensed and monitored.
