This video of the 2008 Alaskan Independence Party (which wants to pull Alaska out of the USA and contends it was fraudulently made a state) outlines some plans and discusses the fact that Palin was a long time member. Todd was too. The video just surfaced recently.

Interesting as it is.. #20 Has a very valid Point.. but Big Brother says… Dont do as I do…Do as i say… we are less free to decide anything today then any time previous in history.. Persaonally I like the Idea. then we can see how long Texas or any other states remains.. it might be beneficial..ya never know!!! Seems Sarah and Todd are just average people in no so average circumstances… How do fill up an Alaska Immigration Form?.. I’m Game!!! I wonder if they’ll have a green card?…or an annual lottery for immigration?…
# 19, sorry. We’ll all go back to ignoring Alaska… but we also respectfully ask that you never comment on anything in the future that doesn’t directly affect Alaska. Fair enough.
It would be interesting to see a couple state leave the Union. It would certainly shake up the country.
