I watched this video on cnn live, and there was a man who walked there. Someone just used him in another layer and made him transparent, because camera was almost static in that few moments.

I don’t believe in ghosts or paranormal things but I have seen things not explainable, or at least not understandable. I once saw a strange shadow in the midst of sunlight moving from left to right and felt a strange cold sensation. No idea what is was or why but it happened.
