Hookers would be more experienced in following a budget, than these overly privileged sex addicted officials. They don't believe that hookers do what they do for fun, do they? It's because they can't get a job for their low skills set, so they resort to selling their physical attributes. Whereas politician often sell their integrity to the highest (or quickest) bidder. And screw the voters over, who expected their elected officials were working in their interests. At least hookers work for a living.
