I don’t like running trailers on the blog, but this looks to be hilarious.

#17 They give him crap because he’s a fat ‘socialist’. I give him crap because, although he is spot on with much of his analysis, he is a patronising git.

  2. vk says:

arrgh i hate that stupid song at the end! :)

  3. Obamanation At Large says:

Citizens arrest from a Canadian? WTF! I hope this tub was doing this in New York and I would love to see him rot in jail for making a false citizens arrest

Where is Our Money? WTF Again, he’s Canadian was he at the Parliament?

New York law extends the possibility for making a citizens arrest to any offense committed in [ones] presence. New York law applies only to situations in which person has in fact committed a felony. Distinctions such as these are important unwarranted citizens arrests can result in repercussions (such as law suits) for well-meaning citizens who attempt to make arrests without understanding local laws.

Must we watch more martyring of Blaming GW Bush for everything… Look at the stats, Obama has a deficit that would have the liberals screaming mad if it was done by GW. It’s over 3 times what Bush had when he left office… A NEW RECORD SPENDING setting us further back than Bush had ever even imagined!

#17 Maybe because calling the flaws and individualisms in America is a fat, self serving person unable to admit his own flaws? That’s the defrinition of hipocrite.

I remember seeing on episode of his stupid TV show were he was moaning about Disney and the “bad conditions” the customed characters were “forced” to endure. How did he went on doing that? By sending a guy in custome around under a very strong sun.

A person in the studio asked, why was he doing the same he was denouncing Disney for. The answer was “Next question?”

    Explanation enough for ya?

    “Citizens arrest from a Canadian?”

Did the Canadians invade and take over Flint, Michigan, which is where Mr. Moore was born and reared?

Don’t tell me. You’re a BIRTHER, right? It doesn’t matter to you if he was born in Flint, Michigan, USA – he’s still a Canadian.

Hey! Ask for his original birth certificate a few hundred thousand times, even after he shows it to you. Maybe you can get him deported?

    Har!

The only trouble is, of course, the Canadians wouldn’t take him because HE’S NOT A CANADIAN!

  6. pedro says:

    #24 Moore’s Canadian? I thought he was a Moron!

  7. Weary Reaper says:

    #25 pedo

    “#24 Moore’s Canadian? I thought he was a Moron!”

It’s surprisingly easy to believe that to be true.

  8. ramuno says:

Some of you have no sense of humor. He is not a documentary filmmaker. He makes point of view films…and, yes, they are funny.

Comedy is based on truth that is exagerated.

  9. Mr. Fusion says:

    #12, Eatmore,

I once saw his “Roger and Me” movie where the whole premise was that he couldn’t get a meeting with General Motors Chairman Roger B. Smith.

Wrong. The premise of Roger and Me was the closing of a GM plant and its effects on Flint Michigan. The workers, public, etc, could get no reaction or answers from GM on why they closed a profitable plant. The “refusal to meet part” was accurate as were the evictions of former plant workers right before Christmas.

Moore had briefly met Smith before. That was before Moore commenced the movie and concerned a different matter. As Moore is fond of pointing out, his detractors have no shame at inventing lies to discredit him.

  10. Carcarius says:

I don’t have a major issue with Moore. However, I don’t think I will pay to see this unless it shows up on On-Demand over the boobtube, and I happen to be bored at the time.

‘Sicko’ was released for free over the web and I watched that. I Thought Fahrenheit 911 was pretty good. Hopefully he shines a little light on the Fed during this new documentary.

  11. pedro says:

#28 You and reality, not a good match, eh? Here, take this: http://tinyurl.com/l8tjuw

“Former employees tell tales of random firings,…”

#29 Well, Obama thinks the FED is alright http://tinyurl.com/lr7hgr

  12. Amsterdamned says:

Finally Moore might say something intelligent instead of dutifully keeping his mouth shut…. or not. He’s a bit of a loyalist compared to honest people.

For some real analysis on the economy

  13. domc says:

It’s funny because he makes fun of RICH people who don’t have a clue as to how the rest of us live.
The ones who took ALL of my 401k money for themselves. Screw them all.

  14. pedro says:

#33 Unlike people that are rich by making movies ridiculing people just like him. Pathetic.

  15. Mr. Fusion says:

    #34, ‘dro,

Something makes me think Moore knows how much a gallon of milk costs.

  16. RKeane says:

Where is the coverage for the other documentary called Stock Shock

    Stock Shock
” The Short Selling of the American Dream ”

This movie is also about Wall Street Law Changes that cripples this country financially due to Greed and coruption.

  17. Eric says:

Yay! Michael Moore – Taking assholes to task worldwide.

  18. think people says:

To all Michael Moore naysayers: get beyond the messenger and start focusing on the message. Massive job outsourcing, a grossly overpriced health care system, the crash and burn that predictably occurs when corporate greed runs free when deregulated, are real. And you have 2 choices, learn and do something about these problems … or bend over and get ready to take it, again.
