I don’t like running trailers on the blog, but this looks to be hilarious.

Considering the credibility of everything he’s done so far…. The DVD might make a nice fizbee or Coaster.

  2. Olo Baggins of Bywater says:

#1…health care industry insiders claim Sicko hit very close to home…

My enemy’s enemy is not my friend.

Michael Moore = manipulative, selective, deceptive shill.

  5. Chris Mac says:

#4 – Much like the people he portrays in his movies ;)

  6. pedro says:

#5 Which makes him what, a hypocrite?

  7. brian t says:

If he’s able to explain Credit Default Swaps to an audience of American movie-goers, he’s done us all a public service.

  8. Faxon says:

And so, Mr. Moore, being against capitalism, is obviously not going to charge anyone to see his films, correct?

  9. ECA says:

    REPEAT..

  10. Poindexter says:

#8 what part of capitalism is giving 700 billion tax payer dollars to wall street? I think he’s being sarcastic, get it?

  11. ScotterOtter says:

#8, Faxon…The trailer clearly states Mr Moore is against government and corporate manipulation of the free market. Wouldn’t that make him pro-capitalism? Or do you just automatically take the opposite stance of his point of view no matter what the issue is?

  12. EatMooreFood says:

I liked Michael Moore best in Team America: World Police… :P

Michael Moore’s movies are a bunch of baloney, but they can be amusing at times. Just don’t think that any of it is true. I only watch them if somebody else has already rented it. I don’t want to personally fund his junk. I once saw his “Roger and Me” movie where the whole premise was that he couldn’t get a meeting with General Motors Chairman Roger B. Smith. Turns out he met with him on at least one occasion, but conveniently left that detail out of the movie… That should tell you what kind of “documentaries” he makes.

  13. Tim Yates says:

Government intervention should not be confused with capitalism.

  14. Wightout says:

    Man I hate this guy.

But his views on this topic are spot on IMO from what I saw in the trailer.

  15. John E. Quantum says:

Michael Moore is a hero in his own mind. His movies do well on bit torrent.

  16. pedro says:

#12 As well as telling people that appear in his movies that they will get paid only to find out he back away and gives ‘em the finger.

  17. cgp says:

Why do folks hate poor ol’ Micheal?

Is it because he pokes a pointy stick at all the crap that is american individualism?

Does he seek compassion that is clearly unconstitutional… we are led to pursue, not give happiness.

Or is it simply he’s not media presentable?

    Where did our money go?

    Where is our money going?

    Why did it happen??

Why has nothing been done to stop it from happening again, even as we speak?

Why is Obama doing nothing but building the bubble again?

    No prosecutions.

No re-regulation of the market place.

Yes, quibble about the bright lights shown on this quagmire of corruption.
