Hey, I live in a dumpster that has one of those parked next to it.

My brother just bought a 1993 Taurus for $200. It has 50K miles on it and except for the A/C not working, it gets him around. When it breaks down, he can just take off the tags and leave it.

Hell, those guys are pikers. I drive a ‘91 T-Bird with the 5.0 H.O. engine that I bought in ‘98 that still gets 30 mpg when I drive it to Denver and back and it’s still going strong, it’s the absoloute best damn car I’ve ever owned. I’m gonna drive it till the motor grenades then buy another one, if I can find one…

Should’ve been a 93 Escort hatchback. At least you could fold the seats down in the back and have enough room to sleep. Makes for a decent 4 cyl pickup as well. (disclaimer: yes, I drove/slept in one, moved with one.)
