Start with googling “monsanto”. Now they have been growing a lot of corn all over the world in the last years. Doesn’t really sound pharma, more like food supply. Well, they developed like thousands of different types of genetically altered corn. E.g. 100 types of parasite resistant corn. Having developed an uber-resistant corn by now. Great.

This will sound dull, but do you remember the Gay-Bomb the USA was funding for years? This is it. Not all of it. But they can grow you corn leaving you temporarily (presumably not lifelong) infertil after consuming it. Great, now what, next time you have popcorn at the movies you are steril?

Obviously not, the call wasn’t made yet. And the propability of it being applied overseas, in foreign countries is somewhat higher, since you didn’t pay for it to reduce your own numbers.
