They must have parked it in Baltimore over night.
RTFA it is about the “future engine” not the car
2 ghm101,
Don’t tell JCD what to do. He purposefully ignores facts for sensationalism…
This using the concept the Mythbusters demonstrated in one of their last episodes, where the dimpling of the car produced higher fuel efficiency, similar to how a golf ball works. It was a 10% increase in efficiency if I remember. However, it doesn’t look that great, I must admit.
#4, Does that mean I shouldn’t have the hail damage on my car fixed???
ALL cars are ugly nowadays, if you haven’t noticed.
I have a 2008 Mercedes E350 that I’m leasing. I hate the newer version. I’m gonna see if I can extend the lease on the one I have now.
I hope Dvorak is posting in jest and realizes all car makers disguise their future cars in this manner.
No uglier than the average Nazi car.
looks like a mustang
mad max car for the future that is comming
Named,
Don’t tell 2 ghm101 not to tell JCD what to do when you obviously and purposefully ignore the fact of JCD’s satire and sarcasm for your own sensationalism…
Huh??
it looks to me like a cross between a corvette and a cadillac XLR. bet its not as inexpensive, though….
It comes in yellow and orange, with a cream beige interior, for the US market.
Mercedes have become overly plasticized, overly computerized, and horrendously expensive to maintain long term. Same with BMW.
Mercedes peaked with W123 turbo diesels, and BMW peaked with E36 3 series(maybe even earlier).
Those older German cars will still be knocking around in the third world when the current generation have all gone.
Give me 250hp and good torque. Give me leather seats and wood paneling. And give me an engine made of metal bits and rubber hoses that will outlast the frame.
The new ones are gods to graves in 5 years.
11 conrack
I’m sensational? WOW! Thanks!
Sort of reminds me of a Dodge Avenger.
“Why are you putting holes in your car?”
“Speed holes. They make the car go faster.”
MAD MAX!!
Mel Gibson edition
It’s an SL… I had a 2002… I’m going to look for another 2002/3 AMG
