    What you want smaller government and are tired of the “government taking your money”. Golly, vote Republican, and guess what, the IRS will still take the SAME amount of your money, and government will get bigger. It did under Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush 1, Bush 2. But I’m sure those were just accidents and if we just elect a Republican president in 2012 the IRS will go away, taxes will disappear, yet somehow our military (budget) will get bigger, social security and Medicare will get ‘protected’…some MAGIC money elf will just allow us to not pay for it.

    You people, Crips and Bloods, are just suckers. You think YOUR side will fix everything and the other is the problem. It doesn’t matter. Both side are owned by the banks.

    NO MORE $500 million dollar elections! 100% publicly financed election (f**k the money equals speech argument). If you have to raise $300 million to run for President, you will ALWAYS get Wall Street owned Presidents, regardless which party you elect. Grow up.

    I looked up HR3692. It seems the only links to it are those from the wing nut crowd. So I went and searched the Thomas Database for the bill. I found it.

    That we are forced already to buy Car insurance..Insted of personal insurance for driving. OR, the state charging a Monthly tax to each person whom drives a car, and THEN knowing whom to REMOVE..

    It used to be that there were Neighborhood stores to compete against each other and you could walk to them..NOW the car is almost a Necessity to GET TO THE STORE, 20 miles away.

    The “go to jail” argument is an interpretation of SEC. 501. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE of H.R. 3962.

    The argument is if you do not pay the tax you might be subject to the Internal Revenue Code Section 7201, “Any person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or defeat any tax imposed by this title or the payment thereof shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100,000 ($500,000 in the case of a corporation), or imprisoned notmore than 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution.”
