John doesn’t really understand how the current filibuster works. They don’t have to stand there to do it and have passed the record the past two years in a row.
David’s point is well taken about Wynn being hurt by dilution if more states allow gambling. Harrah’s, on the other hand, should stand to benefit.
They are very good at using the outlying smaller casinos for profit, as well as drawing people to the larger gambling centers.
