It'll sell well. Apple is good at this. Sorry guys. 2. There is a huge market for a completely open competitor. There are small suppliers and manufacturers out there so anyone on this blog could make their own tablet and compete with Apple, Dell, HP, and the rest. Apple is custom building everything, so go to the opposite extreme and use off the shelf parts and an Android OS. Sort of like LocalCars except for tablets. You only need to sell 200 to be in business. I’ve been thinking about this a lot over the weekend and my conclusion:

1. It’ll sell well. Apple is good at this. Sorry guys.

2. There is a huge market for a completely open competitor. There are small suppliers and manufacturers out there so anyone on this blog could make their own tablet and compete with Apple, Dell, HP, and the rest.
