  2. Skeptic says:

  3. ECA says:

    15,
    really.
If you want to know, I would have CLOSE LINED the girl and walked OFF, before anyone could have seen me. THEn pray that no one knew me, and no pictures were taken.

According to the LAW, you can not restrain or HOLD or HIT or damage a person, UNLESS authorized. YOUR only recourse is to CALL THE COPS. THAT is how bad our laws have become.
ASK any store security about WHAT can and CANT be done. THEn wonder WHY, the store tells clerk, JUST GIVE THEM THE MONEY. And if they get hurt/shot, THEY PERSONALLY have to SUE the person, as attempted Murder. AND if the clerk dies, its NOT murder, its WRONGFUL DEATH that the family HAS TO SUE FOR.

You also dont know the REASON the one girl BEAT the other. you could be protecting the WRONG person.

When it’s all said and done the real basterds in society are the crimminals and the Judges that enable them.

Security was only keeping fight from crossing yellow line.

  7. testtubebaby says:

    From Wikipedia:

A security guard, (or security officer) is usually a privately and formally employed person who is paid to protect property, assets, or people.

Often, security officers are uniformed and act to protect property by maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action and reporting any incidents to their client and emergency services as appropriate.

Since at least the Middle Ages in Europe, the term watchman was more commonly applied to this function. This term was carried over to North America where it was interchangeable with night-watchman until both terms were replaced with the modern security-based titles.

  8. R.O.P. says:

By the end of the video I was sick of hearing the “witness” bemoan how other people should have done something to help. Guess what sister, your lack of action is just reprehensible as the security guards, so quit acting all high and mighty.

#28 I think you missed the part about her being a passenger on the bus at the time.

  10. amodedoma says:

There was a time that this would have caused an outrage. Now it’s common place. First of all, you can never tell which kid might be carrying a weapon. If that doesn’t deter your noble instincts and you get involved, they may force you to defend yourself and in doing so one of the kids could get hurt, you go to jail and get sued by the parents. Finally you may get involved and the kids decide to get revenge – if you’re lucky – you may end up in the hospital.
So yeah lot’s of reasons to not get involved and just one reason to do so, cause it’s the right thing to do.
Thank god I found some place civilized to live. It’s not too late to emigrate.

  11. McCullough says:

Sorry, but I could not help but get involved, it’s in my nature. And I do carry some weight, and yes I know the consequences…but, it helps to be a hothead.

Looks like a gang related issue to me. Perhaps another outstanding production from Centennial H. S.

  14. Mr. Fusion says:

I just have to correct the idiots around here.

There is no law, including California, that prohibits third parties from breaking up a fight or stopping an assault.

Most States have “Good Samaritan” laws that protect anyone who aids a person in distress. Even in States that don’t, most courts will protect them except in the most extreme cases.

This has nothing to do with tort. Simple tort law states that you may not gain from your own misadventure. If you are injured during the commission of a crime that is YOUR problem.

But the right wing nuts spreading their lies is the typical fear tactics they know and love so well. To the hell with facts, scare everyone.

The least these guys should have had is some body armor and mace/pepper spray.

As the saying goes, you want it done right, do it yourself.

How many people are beat, raped and killed every second of everyday. And how many people actually learn to protect themselves while others knowing the dangers of life, sit and feed their obesity.

    Sad.

I agree, this teenage girl clearly isn’t trained in the Martial Arts and is an “obese” piece of human trash. Bitch had it coming, right?

    Kill yourself.

  18. madtruckman says:

just a note…..teenagers were all black, security guards all appear to be black…..

    just observing and reporting…..

  19. ECA says:

    34,
    THAT isnt the problem.
The problem is what happens After.
You best bet is to stand infront of the attacker to stop them, you can NOT initiate an ATTACK, unless you are hit first or are in danger of being killed.

About 9 years ago, a family left for vacation.
A burglar entered the house and took items, he found the door to the garage, and entered. The door closed. HE could not find an exit. He drank pop and dog food for 7 days.(LOL)
tHE OWNERS CAME BACK AND FOUND HIM IN THE GARAGE, WHILE PARKING. Called the cops.
He was arrested, THEN he filed a complaint of being held without recourse/kidnapping. HE WON, $15,000. BECAUSE THE IDIOT couldnt figure out HOW to get out of a garage.

  20. ECA says:

you also dont know if the others would have jumped in if someone ELSE had started something.
