your dearth from useful medical trial statistics -- randomized, regulated, double-blind samples involving huge patient populations -- could be the biggest barrier facing marijuana's legitimacy. While countless smaller tests are performed which will support at the same time sides with the health fight, political together with economic reasons will form the main impetus for that legalization from marijuana. for just a state just like California, whose price range deficit portions to quantities of dollars, the likely tax earnings from legalized cannabis is big money that is going way up in smoke.

8,

"If humans were meant to consume cannabis it wouldn’t be illegal, would it? It would grow naturally and the human body would employ similar compounds that naturally replicate the molecular active ingredients."

You are either really f*cking stupid, or just really bad at sarcasm. If the latter, I apologize.

What is more natural than a plant that comes out of the ground and can be consumed (eaten) with no processing, tools, or preparation of any kind. The hemp plant is also useful for oil, fabric, paper, and many other products. There are also natural cannabinoids in the brain.

So on both points you are talking with your head either firmly wedged in your ass, or with too little sarcastic reference to make it obvious to the casual reader that you are not an idiot.

Shit like this has decided me. I want and need one of those Star Trek phaser rifles. I don't want a flying car, or a robotic servant or a computer smart enough to make investments for me, just the phaser rifle. And a couple thousand power packs for it. There is a great task that must be performed.

Yep, this guy looks suspicious to me. From what I was told medical marijuana is top quality, so why bother with contraband? What's he trying to prove by asking for his dope back? What's up with that shirt? We're fortunate to live in a society where we can see our tax money in action. They're on to this dangerous subversive. YOU'RE NEXT!

First let me say that I strongly favor legalization of Marijuana.

But... the whole Medical Marijuana thing is starting to stick in my craw. It reeks of, say, a terrorist group hiding in a kindergarten... using the ill as human shields.

Instead of winking and nodding and using Medical Marijuana is a red herring to get it legal, there should be a more honest and upfront debate about it. Whining about all the poor, sick people who are being hurt by this is manipulative and disingenuous.

It is a benefit, to be sure, but medical weed is certainly not what this is all about...
