The problem is that anybody can be stopped lawfully with the slightest excuse. An arrest is not required. You can be “stopped” just because you look like somebody else, or are in a DUI driver screening roadblock, or you look like you “don’t belong”.

This is not, nor was it ever, a racist issue. It is about preserving freedom, maintaining order, and providing our children with opportunity.
In case you missed the story, this is a case of people entering Mexican waters and being robbed at gun point. It has nothing to do with whatever “American” values you might have nor does it include extending your or your childrens values into another country to do as you please.
