Some year back the medical profession dealing with allergies started handing out antidepressants like candy. You didn’t have to ask and they might not tell you. In a half witted way this computes because allergy sufferers tend to be depressed and commit suicide more often than the norm however most or maybe all antidepressants can have the interesting side effect of making you _more_ depressed which translates to suicidal.

If you are sane you don’t just give somebody that crap and say see me in three months and you had better warn them up front that if the depression gets worse they need to get off that crap fast.

I have no idea how many people these bleeps killed before they got the message. Well I hope they got the message. I certainly got the message. I always check my prescriptions and if one is an antidepressant I get rid of it.

Having the blues occasionally isn’t all that great but crushing depression is awful.

the really kick ass way is to use direct electrical stimulation to the earlobes (or better,just behind them) using whatever frequencies desired for a particular effect.

(known as CES or Cranial Electro Stimulation)

BEST prgm i have found that also supports (drives) the use of light glasses simultaneously: Brainwave Generator.

shareware..registrations allows the import of custom frequency sets. You can make a simple Binauaral Beat generator by any tone generator. example..if you want to produce a 1.5hz “beat” -which is normally inaudible to humans..(btw, great for knocking you out and putting you into a deep sleep rather quickly..i use this all the time) simply generate a 100hz sine wave in the left channel and 101.5hz sine wave in the right channel. Voila! 1.5hz binaural beat.

(do the math..figure it out yourself..you can still subtract, i hope)

(i prefer low frequency carrier waves…30hz-200hz) -and dont try to use/make beats over 1000hz..the wavelength is too short-wont work. (has to do with size of the human skull and the distance between your ears-have to go to RF mode after that)

for high frequencies keep dividing down by 2 until you get the audible harmonic. this applies to “light” as well..

if you listen to either channel separately (slide the balance control to all the way to the left or right) you will hear only a single tone..

however..played together, they will “beat” harmonically against each other and cause a resonant 1.5hz pulsing tone to be heard as the sine waves rise and fall..the beat is produced at the crossover point. in essence, the (inaudible) 1.5hz pulse is being piggy backed on the (audible) 100hz carrier wave. this basically -also how FM radio
Radio works ..the frequencies are just higher.. Your brain will lock onto this pulse like a guided missile and soon enough, start producing neurotransmittrers associated with frequency pulse it’s picking up..

The same effect (and production of neurotransmitters achieved) by using low frequency electromagnetic or RF pulses piggybacked on a carrier wave. Even flashing lights produce the same effects.. (i’m sure some remember/ know about how a 4hz flashing red light can trigger seizures in epileptics)

IMO.. i think the digital drug story is a precursor to banning any websites and/or “new” research in this area, from ever publishing these facts.

any moron will put 2 and 2 together *real fast* as to the far reaching positive potentials..
