Given the officer never established control over Santa, I assume this is fake. For being “scripted,” not that funny as a result.
If it is real, for his own safety and for that of future Santa’s, the cop needs a refresher course.
The “driving erratically on Nicholas St.” at the beginning was too cute by half.
