In a bill proposed by Malawi President Bingu wa Mutharika, citizens who repeatedly pass gas in public could be punished as criminals, according to The Daily Mail. The bill is intended to make citizens “responsible and disciplined.”

I believe they already tried this on South Park. First they decided that not farting enough was causing Spontaneous Human Combustion. Poor Kenny exploded. But then, way too much farting was causing Global Warming. So the outlawed both keeping it in, and letting it out too often. In other words. return to normal farting. Perhaps Mutharika should watch more South Park, before making these dumb ass laws.
