  1. msbpodcast says:

Snide attacks are just turning things over in his favor.

    NOBODY BELIEVES THE MEDIA ANYMORE.

The voters are just want some truth and they just take the hate and turn it on its head.

Unfortunately, the Repubes are poisoning the well for Ron Paul by making themselves into such a bunch of elitist 1%ers that they may get wiped from the latest Gerrymandered map.

  2. Peppeddu says:

There’s something wrong with the download of the podcast on the iDevices.

I cannot downloaded it on both the iPhone 4S (iOS 5.0.1) and the iPad (iOS 5.0.1)

In iTunes, when I tap on the “free” icon and then “get episode” it comes back to me few seconds later saying “Unable to Download Podcast”

This started to happen since episode 366, I thought that that episode’s file was corrupted and I didn’t bother, but I cannot download 367 too!

However, I can download it with my iPhone 3G (iOS 4.2.1)

Could someone take a look at it?

    Thanks

Sure. Just dump that mac trash for something that actually works

      • msbpodcast says:

Go to Google and do an advanced search, or go to an Apple store and ask/complain.

The, ahem, Genii at the store are actually more knowledgable than the kids shoveling crap at you at Best Buy.

This is nothing to indicate a hardware problem so I suspect its something to do with some setting in or with iOS5.x (Some apps set/reset some things in your OS configuration.)

Speaking as someone who actually owns some of that Mac trash and has had no problems with any of it*, I would prefer to give some other comments.

*) I am sitting in front of a 2007 vintage MacBook Pro with a terabyte drive and a 2001 (that’s right, 2001, [bet you couldn't use a PC that old for anything but a both anchor, :-) ]) vintage PowerBook G4, which is serving as my backup drives server with 2 separate terabyte drives, and a vintage 2004 iMac G5 in my TV/living room which is serving as my OverTheAir TV set,

Meanwhile my wife is using her vintage 2009 Windows 7 PC with her own terabyte backup drive. (I’ve thrown away a lot of her PCs over the years.)

I have also earned my living extensively with PCs running everything from Windows 3.11 to Windows 7. I also worked for money on OC running CP/M and MP/M, but that was an eternity ago.

        • pedro says:

Haha, I have pc’s waaaaaay older than that doing their work perfectly.

Next, try to write your resume a little bit better. I’m still convinced you’re just a novice.

        • Peppeddu says:

I can download all the other episodes up until 365, and all the other podcasts as well as Daily Source Code and DH Unplugged
So I really don’t think the problem is on my side.

      • Peppeddu says:

        Ehm…

This has nothing to do with anyone’s computing preferences, I am just reporting a techical issue, and since Adam said that the site doesn’t work in Chrome, this too needs to be addressed since it doesn’t appear to be something wrong on my side.

If that’s how you address problems, good luck in your career.

  3. Kent says:

What kind of libertarians want a govt run post office? The first thing Ron Paul would do is privatize the post office, as well he should.

  4. Kent says:

…and Dvorak, RP isn’t for decrim of drugs, he’s for legalization on the federal level. Totally different.

  5. Kent says:

The Canadian crossing the border is rather old, last year I believe. And no, its not an act. The US border guards really do ask questions like that if you’re a Canadian entering the US, at least, they were the last time I went through 15 years ago when I finally got tired of the hassle and all the crap going on in the US.

  6. deowll says:

The lame media is running a hits on leading repubs. To many people didn’t get it with Cain but they know what is going on with Ron Paul; a slander job.

I think the people slandered should be able to hold to account media types are doing this for political reasons. Slander is slander and you should be held to account for slander. At the least the media companies should be forced to fess up that they are extremely partisan with a political hit list.

I don’t think everyone is confused, the people here pretty much know what the agenda of the various networks are, but too many people think that what they are getting is impartial reporting.

  7. deowll says:

Norway is _not_ a member of the EU! Okay so that’s how they can block butter imports!

Hatti is something that makes me sick to think about but getting around the crooks, including the Clintons who are making big bucks off this, to help anyone is difficult.

Why would any tourist put themselves through this bleep by visiting the fascist state of America? Jeez. Much better to just go shopping at home in Canada or use amazon.com or what ever other on line shopping service you like.

    • Kent says:

Amazon.ca, NCIX.com, bookdepository.com or good choices. BTW, we affectionately call it The Police States of America. Just kidding (not really).

      Ohhhh……Go Ron Paul!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • pedro says:

Norway is not a member of the EU but is part of the Schengen region.
