Once upon a time, a scientist named Dr. Andrew Wakefield published in the medical journal The Lancet that he had discovered a link between autism and vaccines. After years of controversy and making parents mistrust vaccines, along with collecting $674,000 from lawyers who would benefit from suing

vaccine makers, it was discovered he had made the whole thing up. The Lancet publicly apologized and reported that further investigation led to the discovery that he had fabricated everything.

In any case, like the purely anecdotal evidence that vaccines cause autism, the photo provides similarly strong evidence that babies enjoy needle vaccinations.

… Not the damages this kind of thing actually did to the health of any human beings since we all know how lawyers – like those in public office – could care less about human suffering unless there’s a way to profit from it. I’m talking about the damages this fake immunization did where, for example, the very needles that were used were NOT available for more legitimate uses. Or how about the resources that were employed to make the fake vaccine that were not available for people needing simple flu shots? Because something tells me NO ONE is even looking at the repercussions this “doctor” caused — including our elected a-holes!

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday shielded the nation’s vaccine makers from being sued by parents who say their children suffered severe side effects from the drugs.

By a 6-2 vote, the court upheld a federal law that offers compensation to these victims but closes the courthouse door to lawsuits.

Justice Antonin Scalia said the high court majority agreed with Congress that these side effects were “unavoidable” when a vaccine is given to millions of children. If the drug makers could be sued and forced to pay huge claims for devastating injuries, the vaccine industry could be wiped out, he said.

You have no rights. Like Carlin said, you have owners and they threw you overboard 30 years ago. They want people just smart enough to run all the machines and too stupid to know how bad they are being screwed.

The Pentagon actually measures nuclear radiation in something they call sunshine units. Contra killers are called freedom fighters. Well, if crime fighters fight crime, and firefighters fight fires, what do freedom fighters fight? https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/George_Carlin
What we need is a new word for it…you weren’t vaccinated you were? It’s as simple as that.

Amusing as wifey throws her beer in my face for the same reason. Who knew it was rocket science?

          • So wifey was using the liquid beer to dampen the excess acoustical energy emanating from your facial area? If only there were a way we could occasionally throw beer on your keyboard area, for roughly the same reason.

“But….. my common sense tells me the ocean is rising in your Garden of Eden.”

No, sorry, none. The high tide mark is exactly the same as 24 years ago when I first moved there. The docks haven’t been raised, etc.

Just hasn’t happened, no matter how much you wish it to be true.

    • bobbo, are we Men of Science, or Devo says:

I believe you, and wish the same for all other good people on earth. So……… if sea level is going up all over the earth, and your distance from sea level is constant for the past 24 years, then…… that part of the ocean floor must be rising? A logical certainty?—or the oceans aren’t the same elevation all over the world which I have read and thought I didn’t understand.

…………… or someone is playing games with the measuring stick?

My google on the Caribbean so far as only shown what is predicted to happen in the future. I’m looking for actual measurements. Then…. who to believe? The general statement or your observation of one stick? You know if your water meter is on a floating barge, it will always show sea level at the same location. Sure it wasn’t a draft mark?

      ((I kid!))

      • McCullough says:

The ferry docks dont float and were there long before me, its as good of a measuring stick as any.

The only time I notice a sea level change is when Carnival Cruise Lines offloads a boat-full of Fat-ass American tourists to the beaches.

        Har.

    • bobbo, are we Men of Science, or Devo says:

“Sea level rise is one of the most blatant and intrusive indicators of global warming. On the Caribbean island of Grenada, the ocean is already starting to nibble away at fishing villages, rising higher and forcing residents to raise their homes. Grenada is just one place where sea level rise is a threat to the local economy.” /// So…. you don’t live on Grenada. I assume the sea level averages out across the Caribbean? I’d bet Timmy’s left nut that you are experience some kind of observational error. What “exactly” are you observing?

      • Tim says:

Silly bobbo. You are discounting the fact that islands float. One fatass american raises the whole pangea —

        • McCullough says:

You laugh but once a tourist asked me how they kept the islands from moving around.

          • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

Not much different than saying the sea level is not rising.

You look with your eyes and you see islands floating around. Natural to wonder why they don’t move around. They do….. but its too slow to observe.

You look with your eyes and you see the high tide mark has not changed. Natural to think the average sea level is not changing. It is…. but its too slow to observe.

          • Tim says:

Well, if it is a very tinsy tiny island like with one palm tree and a couple gift shops on it then that’s not so much of a conundrum.

Those islands literally ‘grow’ as sea level goes up {base of living coral — even coral we turned to melted, radioactive coral long ago}.

            http://spiegel.de/international/world/not-so-much-trouble-in-paradise-are-coral-islands-really-doomed-a-707884.html

Yea hu. It’s like billions of tiny Atlases lifting the atoll high; fueled by dreaming aspirations of their progeny standing on their shoulders to one day jam it up the moon’s darkside.

If coral didn’t have to spend all it’s time evolving to tides, it could have been a contender…. you there! over there by the shoe, did you just shrug out of time, private??!!

          • Tim says:

“”Not much different than saying the sea level is not rising.

Somehow, bobbo; It do feel just a little bit different — a common factor being one of preconcieved perseption.

I wholly expect large islands to ‘abruptly’ move around in the future. I hope to found one… made out of an auctioned off barge and hemp, initially; The island grows as hemp ballootebags become more available — dirt is ‘grown’ by fatass americans who saw a filmcrew, swam up there, got a sunburn, ate jellyfish flesh to save Japan, and died.

some of them just had heart attacks when they saw the Waterworld masks.

Sometimes, we just trawl for kelp.

    • NewFormatSux says:

They adjust the sea level charts. The ocean floor is dropping. So without global warming the sea level would be lower.

  12. bobbo, are we Men of Science, or Devo says:

Sea level “in the Caribbean” has been going up 3.1mm/year over the past few. Times 24 years would be about 2.5 inches.

Most likely McCullough–you are wrong. Innocently wrong, but still wrong. “If I were you” it would be fun to confirm/nail the issue down…….. because: “something doesn’t add up.”

As a man of science yourself (making observations and all) this should be of immense interest to you.

    Or not.

    Humans are like this.

    • Tim says:

      “”would be about 2.5 inches.

Dude? That would probably be the width of the painted line! I suppose, one could timelapse/consensus over a period of time to overcome the average 1 ft chop.

Interesting. I’ve read another study that said that autism is caused by something else. It’s not vaccines after all. I won’t say what because then more people might die if they stop using this in fear of getting autism.

Don’t worry. If the science holds up, it will be sure to get more press and everyone will be able to know about it.

  15. bobbo, are we Men of Science, or Devo says:

Well Timmy, I’m not sure you get it yourself, so I will state my reasoning:

Yes, corals can build up islands over 1000’s of years but only by beach sand being moved inland. Corals STOP GROWING when exposed to air…. ie… low tide is as high as most get ((hmmm…. check that… mabye some grow to high tide???==but still, they grow in water)). They cannot “grow” an island above seal level.

Even if they did, the whole point of a tide guage is that it is ANCHORED to some bedrock and even if coral did grow out of the water in some crystaline process, it would not raise the island in a manner to raise the high tide marking.

Having enjoyed thinking about what “I” wound think if I observed a high tide marker not change on my own Garden Retreat, my first thought would be I wasn’t being careful enough in my observations. That assumes I just wasn’t taking the word of someone else doing the observing.

But, who you gonna believe: scientist from all over the world for decades, or your own lying eyes? I know…… me too.

    • Tim says:

They could transport the water up by capillary action — develop a circulatory system.

  16. NewFormatSux says:

So unlike in climate science, the author is not declaring his detractors to be anti-science or funded by big medicine. No bullying of other scientists to go along with what he is saying. No lawsuits against those who call him a fraud. Michael Mann is suing someone for calling him ‘the ring leader of the tree ring circus.’ Someone else for saying he is ‘The Jerry Sandusky of climate science.’ Someone else for saying ‘He should be in the State Pen, not Penn State.’
