Lotus JAZZ...I was one of the dopes that paid full price for this application and didn't send it back. I used it for a number of years until the operating system wouldn't support it any more and Lotus wouldn't upgrade it.

I still have some spreadsheets that I would like to recover if there was a way.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Other than forget-it.

oooh I still have Jazz ...saved from a trash can! LOL ...complete in its original packaging!

And I have Lotus 123 for Mac ...which is actually quite good ...about equal to Excel 3.0. (same trash can!)

Just too late, Excel owned the market ... Lotus was already doomed.

I remember Jazz. I also remember JCD's derisive hoots about those silly ads with the guys dancing (the tag line was something like, Lotus Jazz, Mac Boogies). I've often thought those silly ads were a contributing factor to why Mac users started to become perceived as dweebs by hardened DOS fans (though I certainly don't share that perception, so please lets not let this thread tun into another Mac v. PC flame-a-thon).

Actually the marketing campaign resembles the iPod's recent commercials. Go figure!
