“If I’d known this would be the result of breaking the law I would never have done it.”

This boggles the mind. Somehow he thought that making a couple of boys torture themselves would not have consequences?

#26 . MikeN , I don't know. I suppose we will all have to wait to see what GOP billionaire Harold Simmons is producing to advance this election process.

It seems like you got a head start in finding a terrorist connection to Obama. Heaven knows we don't need a terrorist running our country, right?

Redefining marriage, which is what the push for so-called 'gay marriage' does, would change marriages, and is likely to have an effect on marriage as an institution. To say that your marriage or this marriage or that marriage would be effected isn't the point. Not all marriages are the same, and it is the weakest that would be affected. It is like if you raise the price of chicken soup by 1 cent. Can you tell me you are not going to buy it over one cent? However, the laws of economics tell us that there are people who don't buy because of that one cent price increase.

Well, now I'm glad I declined the recent 500MB service pack 3 update.

My XP Pro is legit but fear I may find myself in some long Microsoft hell or purgatory with my installation because of a registration error.

Holy Crap this is one sick bitch... How totally messed up in the head do you have to be in order to create this and distribute it.

The real story is she's totally f'd up in the head because of her inadequacy and inability to release her inhibition and reach orgasm from a penis.

#26 "So is monogamy, abstinence and post-menopause. Should we outlaw those, too?"

Obviously, you have no idea what the word "moral"
means. I said, "There is no reason to get into morals."

Look it up and you'll answer your question... It appears that you are the one who is hung up on this behavior emotionally, not I.

"The office pool for this month will be"... how fast until there's a fix. My guess, less than two days.

Then again, I remember TweakTown had a "fix" to enable the installation of XP's SP1 on "pirated" systems about a week before SP1 was officially released.

#36 - Mr. Fusion,

I can't imagine why my office network blocks access to that link. I can't wait to read it when I get home. It sounds rather amusing.

#35 - MikeN,

Um ... What??!!? Are you really trying to tell me that you know of marriages so weak that they will fall apart because one or the other member sees a gay married couple walking down the street?

If not, just what the fuck are you talking about when you say "at the expense of 99%?"

In what possible way do you see that my 21 year marriage is going to be weakened when gay and lesbian couples are allowed the same rights I have? I've heard people say this flippantly before.

Let's see if you can give a real argument of just how this is going to hurt the other (probably more like) 85-95% of marriages rather than the 99% you cite? Go ahead tell us. Please.

And when you do, why not also consider the possibility of searching Google Scholar for a nice psychological study that might back up the total bullshit you just spouted?

I'll be back later to see how you do.

Why would anyone owning a legitimate Win XP Pro copy even have WGA and updates enabled since last years forced and borderline malicious updates fiasco? I stopped it in Fall of 2007 and do not intend updating anymore. I fear MS more... I do protect myself with good anti-virus and anti-malware programs as well as with the non-MS firewall (Comodo can and does prevent WGA and/or any part of Win update from "calling home" without my permission as the owner of that particular XP copy).

All the bash the banks and mortgage lenders is true enough, but they are not the major reason for the mortgage crises.

Too many people have seen their well paying manufacturing jobs move overseas. Once those jobs left, with them went the health insurance. Now people are trying to make payments with money they no longer have. Is it their fault they lost their job? No, but that is life.

They can't sell their house simply because all the other people that lost their jobs also are trying to sell theirs. There doesn't need to be many to have a severe impact on the housing prices.

Then it isn't just those who lost their jobs. Sudden and overwhelming health costs force many to sell their homes in this already fragile market.

Yes, the massive exodus of jobs to China and the continuing health-care problem are happening on Bushes watch. The blame does stop at his door.
